What payment methods do you accept?

ResearchChemHQ offers several secure payment options depending on current processor availability, compliance requirements, and checkout eligibility.

Since 2023, RCHQ has accepted payments for research-use-only products through a variety of payment solutions as the industry has continued to evolve. Due to increased restrictions from Visa, Mastercard, and traditional card processors, standard card processing can be limited or change over time for companies operating in the research peptide space.

When a payment method is available, it will be clearly listed at checkout.

Where do you ship?

ResearchChemHQ currently ships to all 50 U.S. states.

At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, or to APO/FPO addresses.

How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 12 PM CST, Monday through Friday, typically ship same day once payment has been confirmed.

ResearchChemHQ currently ships domestic U.S. orders using FedEx 2Day® Shipping.

FedEx 2Day®: typically delivers within 2 business days after shipment and is free on orders over $500.

If your FedEx 2Day® order arrives later than 2 business days after FedEx acceptance, RCHQ will issue $20 in loyalty points to your customer account, subject to our shipping policy terms.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to carrier volume, weather, holidays, destination, failed delivery attempts, address issues, or other delays outside of RCHQ’s control.
