Order Processing
ResearchChemHQ processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.
Orders placed and paid before 12 PM CST, Monday through Friday, typically ship same day once payment has been confirmed. Orders placed after the cutoff time may ship the following business day.
While we work hard to fulfill orders quickly, occasional delays may occur due to product availability, payment verification, fulfillment volume, weather, carrier conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If a product is on backorder, a notice will appear on the product page when available, along with any estimated restock information.
Shipping Method
ResearchChemHQ currently ships domestic U.S. orders using FedEx 2Day® Shipping.
FedEx 2Day® typically delivers within 2 business days after the package has shipped. Delivery timelines begin once the package has been scanned and accepted by FedEx, not when the order is placed.
Shipping Cost
FedEx 2Day® Shipping is available at checkout.
Orders over $500 USD qualify for Free FedEx 2Day® Shipping.
RCHQ FedEx 2Day® Loyalty Guarantee
If your FedEx 2Day® order arrives later than 2 business days after shipment, RCHQ will issue $20 USD in loyalty points to your customer account.
To qualify:
- The order must have shipped using FedEx 2Day®
- The package must arrive later than 2 business days after FedEx acceptance
- The delay must be reflected in FedEx tracking
- The order must not be delayed due to an incorrect address, missing apartment or suite number, failed delivery attempt, weather event, carrier exception, or other issue outside normal transit timing
This guarantee is issued as loyalty points only and does not qualify as a refund, cash credit, or shipping reimbursement.
Delivery Estimates
FedEx 2Day® delivery timelines are generally reliable, but all carrier timelines are still subject to carrier conditions.
Delivery may be affected by:
- Weather
- Holidays
- Carrier volume
- Regional disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete address information
- Failed delivery attempts
- FedEx operational delays
ResearchChemHQ is not responsible for delays caused by FedEx or conditions outside of our control.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please double-check your:
- Street address
- Apartment, suite, or unit number
- City
- State
- ZIP code
- Contact information
Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer are not eligible for refund, replacement, reshipment, or Shipping Protection coverage.
Missing apartment, suite, or unit numbers are considered customer address errors.
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final once an order is placed, except in the rare case of an error made by ResearchChemHQ.
Due to the specialized nature of research-use-only materials and the restrictions placed on high-risk payment processing, we cannot guarantee that an order can be modified, canceled, refunded, or partially refunded after it has been submitted.
Please double-check your cart, shipping address, and payment details before completing checkout.
Shipping Protection Terms & Conditions
When available, Shipping Protection may be selected at checkout to help protect eligible orders against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
What Shipping Protection May Cover
Shipping Protection may cover eligible cases involving:
- Carrier-confirmed loss
- Damage during transit
- Verified misdelivery
- Theft during transit before confirmed delivery
All claims are subject to review and approval.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Clear photos of the outer packaging
- Any relevant delivery details
RCHQ will review the claim and, if approved, may issue a replacement, store credit, loyalty credit, or another resolution at our discretion.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
RCHQ does not consider a package lost until it has been 14 days from the ship date without a delivery scan or final delivery update.
If FedEx tracking confirms the package is lost or misdelivered, your order may be eligible for a reshipment, store credit, or other resolution through Shipping Protection, subject to review.
Packages Marked Delivered
If FedEx marks your package as Delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact FedEx directly and then notify RCHQ support with your order number and any case details.
If FedEx confirms the package was lost or misdelivered, RCHQ may review the order for possible replacement or other resolution.
If FedEx confirms successful delivery to the address entered at checkout, RCHQ’s delivery obligation is considered fulfilled and the order is not eligible for refund, replacement, or Shipping Protection coverage.
What Is Not Covered
Shipping Protection does not cover:
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer
- Orders missing an apartment, suite, or unit number
- Packages marked delivered with no carrier-confirmed loss or misdelivery
- Delays that do not involve loss or damage
- Weather delays
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refused packages
- Packages delayed due to customer action or inaction
- Orders affected by incomplete or inaccurate contact information
How to Make a Shipping Claim
All shipping claims must be submitted within 30 days of the ship date.
To submit a claim, email support@researchchemhq.co with:
- Your order number
- Tracking number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos, if the package arrived damaged
- Any FedEx case number or documentation, if applicable
