1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

This Terms of Service Agreement “Agreement” governs all access to and use of ResearchChemHQ.co, including any purchases, communications, content, and services operated by ResearchChemHQ “ResearchChemHQ,” “RCHQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”.

By accessing the website, creating an account, placing an order, or communicating with ResearchChemHQ in any form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access the website, create an account, or purchase any products.

This Agreement is legally binding and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2. Research-Use-Only Disclaimer

All products sold by ResearchChemHQ are strictly intended for laboratory, analytical, and scientific research purposes only.

Products sold by ResearchChemHQ are not intended for:

• Human consumption or administration
• Veterinary or animal use
• Clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic use
• Food, beverage, cosmetic, or supplement use
• Compounding for human or animal use
• Resale or redistribution for consumption
• Any use outside controlled laboratory research

No products sold by ResearchChemHQ are drugs, dietary supplements, medicines, medical devices, food products, cosmetic products, or consumable products.

Any statement, admission, implication, suggestion, or inference, whether written, verbal, electronic, or implied, that products are being used in a prohibited manner constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

3. Customer Representations & Acknowledgements

By purchasing from ResearchChemHQ, you expressly represent, warrant, and agree that:

• You are at least 21 years of age
• You are purchasing products solely for lawful research purposes
• You understand the risks associated with handling research chemicals and research peptides
• You possess the appropriate knowledge, equipment, and facilities for lawful handling
• You will comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws
• You will not misrepresent the intended use of any product
• You will not request guidance related to consumption, dosing, administration, or non-research use

ResearchChemHQ relies on customer representations regarding intended use and does not monitor or verify customer activity beyond those representations.

4. Regulatory & Legal Compliance

ResearchChemHQ supplies research-use-only materials intended for qualified scientific research only.

All products are labeled or represented as For Research Use Only and are Not for Human or Veterinary Use.

As such, products are not marketed as food, drugs, medical devices, dietary supplements, medications, or cosmetic products when sold and used as intended.

Customers are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• Toxic Substances Control Act “TSCA”
• Import and export regulations
• Workplace and laboratory safety standards
• Local chemical handling, storage, and disposal laws
• Any applicable institutional, state, federal, or international requirements

ResearchChemHQ does not provide legal, regulatory, medical, clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic advice.

5. Intellectual Property & Patent Responsibility

The listing, sale, or transfer of any product by ResearchChemHQ does not grant a license to infringe upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their research activities do not violate any intellectual property, patent, or licensing laws.

6. Order Processing & Shipping

ResearchChemHQ processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.

Orders placed and paid before 12 PM CST, Monday through Friday, typically ship same day once payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays may ship the following business day.

Processing times are estimates and may vary due to:

• Payment verification
• Inventory availability
• Fulfillment volume
• Weather
• Carrier conditions
• Operational delays
• Other unforeseen circumstances

If a product is on backorder, a notice may appear on the product page with estimated restock information when available.

7. Shipping Method & Delivery Estimates

ResearchChemHQ currently ships domestic U.S. orders using FedEx 2Day® Shipping.

FedEx 2Day® typically delivers within 2 business days after the package has shipped. Delivery timelines begin once the package has been scanned and accepted by FedEx, not when the order is placed.

Orders over $500 USD qualify for Free FedEx 2Day® Shipping.

All delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier. ResearchChemHQ is not responsible for carrier delays, routing issues, weather delays, operational disruptions, failed delivery attempts, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided shipping information.

8. FedEx 2Day® Loyalty Guarantee

If your FedEx 2Day® order arrives later than 2 business days after shipment, RCHQ will issue $20 USD in loyalty points to your customer account.

To qualify:

• The order must have shipped using FedEx 2Day®
• The package must arrive later than 2 business days after FedEx acceptance
• The delay must be reflected in FedEx tracking
• The order must not be delayed due to an incorrect address, missing apartment or suite number, failed delivery attempt, weather event, carrier exception, holiday disruption, customer unavailability, or another issue outside normal transit timing

This guarantee is issued as loyalty points only.

It does not qualify as a refund, cash credit, shipping reimbursement, return authorization, order cancellation, or replacement.

9. Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

This includes:

• Street address
• Apartment, suite, or unit number
• City
• State
• ZIP code
• Recipient name
• Contact information

Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer are considered the customer’s responsibility and are not eligible for refund, replacement, reshipment, store credit, loyalty credit, or Shipping Protection coverage.

Missing apartment, suite, or unit numbers are considered customer address errors.

10. All Sales Are Final

Due to the specialized nature of research-use-only peptide and chemical materials, all sales are final once an order is placed.

ResearchChemHQ cannot modify, cancel, refund, or partially refund an order after checkout, except in the rare case of a verified fulfillment error caused by ResearchChemHQ.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the following before completing checkout:

• Cart contents
• Product selection
• Shipping address accuracy
• Apartment, suite, or unit number
• Payment method
• Order total

Once an order is submitted, it is considered final.

11. Shipping Protection Terms & Conditions

Customers may optionally add Shipping Protection at checkout when available. By selecting Shipping Protection, you agree to the terms below.

Shipping Protection may cover certain cases of loss, damage, or theft in transit, subject to review and approval.

What Shipping Protection May Cover

Shipping Protection may cover eligible cases involving:

• Carrier-confirmed loss
• Damage during transit
• Verified misdelivery
• Theft during transit before confirmed delivery

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged Packages

Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers must provide:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item
• Clear photos of the outer packaging
• Any relevant delivery details

Approved claims may result in a replacement, store credit, loyalty credit, or other resolution at ResearchChemHQ’s sole discretion.

Undelivered Packages

ResearchChemHQ does not consider a package officially lost until it has been 14 days from the ship date without a delivery scan or final delivery update.

If FedEx tracking confirms that the package was lost, misdelivered, or otherwise unable to be delivered through no fault of the customer, ResearchChemHQ may reship the order or provide another resolution at our sole discretion.

Customers may be required to contact FedEx directly and provide a FedEx case number, claim number, or written confirmation before a resolution is approved.

Delivered but Not Received

If FedEx tracking shows Delivered, but the package cannot be located, the customer must contact FedEx directly and provide any available case details to ResearchChemHQ support.

If FedEx confirms loss or misdelivery, the order may be eligible for a replacement or other resolution at ResearchChemHQ’s discretion.

If FedEx confirms successful delivery to the address entered at checkout, ResearchChemHQ’s delivery obligation is considered fulfilled.

What Shipping Protection Does Not Cover

Shipping Protection does not cover:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
• Missing apartment, suite, or unit numbers
• Wrong ZIP codes
• Incorrect recipient information
• Inaccurate contact information
• Packages marked delivered without FedEx confirmation of loss or misdelivery
• Carrier delays without confirmed loss or damage
• Weather delays
• Holiday delays
• Failed delivery attempts
• Refused packages
• Customer unavailability
• Customer failure to retrieve or accept the package

Claim Requirements

All shipping claims must be submitted within 30 days of the ship date.

Required documentation must be provided before a claim can be reviewed.

12. Refund & Return Policy

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the specialized and sensitive nature of research-use-only chemicals and peptides:

• Returns are not accepted
• Refunds are not issued for change of mind
• Refunds are not issued for misunderstanding product purpose
• Refunds are not issued for misuse or prohibited use
• Refunds are not issued for products purchased in violation of this Agreement

This policy protects product integrity, research standards, customer safety, and compliance requirements.

Limited Exceptions

In rare situations, ResearchChemHQ may authorize a replacement, return, store credit, loyalty credit, or other resolution at our sole discretion.

Possible exceptions may include:

• Verified fulfillment error by RCHQ
• Carrier-confirmed loss
• Carrier-confirmed misdelivery
• Approved damaged package claim

Not Eligible

RCHQ cannot accept returns, replacements, refunds, store credits, or loyalty credits for:

• Claims outside stated timeframes
• Opened, used, tampered, or improperly stored products
• Orders confirmed delivered by FedEx
• Orders with incorrect or incomplete customer-entered addresses
• Orders missing apartment, suite, or unit numbers
• Refused packages
• Failed delivery attempts caused by customer unavailability
• Delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier volume, or FedEx operational issues
• Delays that do not involve confirmed loss or damage
• Requests based on misunderstanding of research-only use
• Products purchased in violation of this Agreement
• Any product intended or requested for non-research use

Authorized Returns

If a return is authorized by ResearchChemHQ:

• A 20% restocking fee may apply
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Returned items must be inspected and approved before any refund or credit is issued
• Refunds, when approved, are issued back to the original payment method when possible

Due to payment processor restrictions and the high-risk nature of research-use-only materials, refunds and partial refunds may be limited or unavailable depending on the payment method used.

13. Chargeback & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized or uncommunicated chargebacks are a violation of this Agreement.

ResearchChemHQ reserves the right to:

• Permanently ban customers
• Terminate accounts
• Refuse future service
• Submit order, payment, shipping, and delivery documentation to processors
• Recover fees, losses, dispute costs, or legal expenses if a chargeback is reversed in our favor

Customers are expected to contact ResearchChemHQ support before initiating any payment dispute so our team has an opportunity to review and resolve the issue.

If a chargeback is filed, ResearchChemHQ reserves the right to provide supporting documentation, including:

• Order details
• Customer account information
• Checkout records
• Payment records
• FedEx tracking history
• Shipping and delivery confirmation
• Terms of Service acceptance
• Communication history
• Any applicable FedEx documentation

14. Prohibited Conduct & Enforcement

The following constitute material violations of this Agreement:

• Admitting, suggesting, or implying human or animal use
• Requesting dosing, administration, or consumption guidance
• Misrepresenting research intent
• Attempting to leverage prohibited use for refunds or chargebacks
• Encouraging misuse by others
• Public or private statements linking products to medical treatment
• Purchasing products for non-research use
• Violating applicable laws or regulations
• Abusing support, payment, loyalty, or shipping systems

ResearchChemHQ may enforce these terms without notice, including refusing service, canceling orders, banning accounts, retaining records of violations, and cooperating with payment processors or legal authorities where appropriate.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResearchChemHQ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the purchase, possession, handling, storage, resale, transfer, or use of any product.

All products are sold as-is and as available.

ResearchChemHQ makes no guarantees regarding research outcomes, suitability for a specific research purpose, or customer compliance with applicable laws.

16. Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ResearchChemHQ, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, partners, suppliers, processors, service providers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from:

• Improper or unlawful use
• Violation of this Agreement
• Misrepresentation of intended use
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Third-party claims related to your conduct
• Payment disputes or chargebacks
• Shipping issues caused by inaccurate customer information

17. Termination of Service

ResearchChemHQ may terminate or restrict access to services at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of this Agreement.

Termination does not waive any rights or remedies available under law.

18. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ResearchChemHQ is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

19. Amendments

ResearchChemHQ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Customers are responsible for reviewing this page periodically for updates.

20. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and ResearchChemHQ and supersedes all prior communications, representations, understandings, or agreements related to the website, products, services, orders, payments, shipping, refunds, returns, and customer conduct.
