Overview

Due to the specialized and sensitive nature of our research-use-only chemicals and peptides, all sales at ResearchChemHQ are final. We meticulously ensure every order is handled with the utmost care and full regulatory compliance, which is why we maintain a strict no-return policy. This protects both our customers’ research and the integrity of our materials.

However, your satisfaction remains important to us. In rare or specific situations, we may authorize a return, replacement, or store credit at our sole discretion.

When We May Accept Returns or Replacements

Damaged Orders
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and packaging. We’ll review your claim and, if approved, may issue a replacement or partial refund.

Undelivered Packages
If your package is not delivered and USPS tracking confirms failed delivery, we will reship your order at no additional charge.

Lost but “Delivered” Orders
If USPS marks your order as “Delivered,” but you did not receive it:

  • Please file a Missing Mail Request through USPS.
  • If USPS later confirms your package was lost or misdelivered, we will reship your order at our cost.
  • If USPS confirms successful delivery, our delivery obligation is fulfilled, and we cannot provide a replacement.

What Is Not Eligible

  • Requests made after 24 hours from delivery of a damaged package.
  • Products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or improperly stored.
  • Orders where USPS confirms successful delivery.
  • Returns due to a change of mind or incorrect understanding of product use (products are for research only).

Restocking Fee & Refunds

If a return is authorized:

  • A 20% restocking fee applies.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method after inspection and approval of the returned item.

Chargeback Policy

We take fraud and chargebacks very seriously at ResearchChemHQ.

Initiating unauthorized or uncommunicated chargebacks is a violation of these terms and may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.

Please contact us first to resolve any concerns or product issues — our team is dedicated to helping you.

If a chargeback is filed, we provide supporting documentation and delivery evidence to the payment processor for dispute resolution.

Should a chargeback be reversed in our favor, we reserve the right to recoup any additional fees or legal expenses from the customer.
