Order Processing
We process orders Monday through Friday, with a goal of next-business-day turnaround for all orders placed before 5 PM CST. While we do our best to fulfill orders quickly, occasional delays may occur due to stock availability or unforeseen circumstances.

If a product is on backorder, a clear notice will appear on the product page along with an estimated restock date.

Shipping Options
We partner with USPS for reliable delivery:

  • Priority Shipping: Typically arrives in 2 business days
  • Express Shipping: Typically arrives in 1 business day

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS. While we work hard to meet these timelines, USPS does not guarantee exact delivery dates for Priority or Express services.

All Sales Are Final
All sales are final once an order is placed, except in the rare case of an error made by RCHQ. Due to the high-risk nature of peptide research materials, our payment processors charge significant penalties for refunds or partial refunds. As a result, we cannot modify, cancel, or issue refunds/partial refunds after an order has been submitted. Please double-check your cart, shipping address, and payment details before completing checkout.

Shipping Protection Terms & Conditions

When you add our $4.99 Shipping Protection, your order is covered for damage, loss, or theft while it’s on its way to you! Please review the details below so you know exactly how your protection works:

What’s Covered
Your package is protected against damage, loss, or theft while in the USPS delivery system—up until it’s marked as delivered to your address.

If Your Order Says “Delivered” But You Didn’t Get It
If USPS marks your order as delivered but you can’t locate the package:

  1. Submit a Missing Mail Request through the USPS Missing Mail Portal.
  2. Wait for USPS to process your request and confirm the package was lost or misdelivered.
  3. Once USPS confirms the issue, your order becomes eligible for a reshipment or refund through our protection.

Damaged Package? Let Us Know!
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days. Please include photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can assist you quickly.

What’s Not Covered

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages marked as delivered without USPS proof of loss or misdelivery
  • Delays caused by weather, customs, or standard carrier issues that do not involve loss or damage

How to Make a Claim

  • All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the ship date
  • Please provide all necessary documentation (USPS confirmation, photos, etc.) so we can resolve the issue promptly
